Introducing the Chop House Strip....

Sharing steaks are our signature dish here at the Chop House. Big cuts of tasty, dry aged beef enjoyed with sides, sauces, great wine & cocktails have gained a fantastic reputation and epitomise what we do best. And on that note we welcome the newest edition to our sharing steak offering. The Chop House Strip is a delicious long cut of sirloin, dry aged for 35 days and cooked the only way we know how, over our open flamed, charcoal grill. Served on our custom made skillet and available in weights of 1-1.5kg the Chop House Strip is designed for sharing amongst good company and is a great option to follow our range of starters of oysters, scallops, BBQ rib & beef carpaccio to name a few.
Our current sharing steak offering which includes chateaubriand, bone in-rib & porterhouse remain on the menu however you now have another delicious steak option to choose from & enjoy. Tough life! For now the new sharing steak is available exclusively to Chop House Leith, Friday - Sunday with Market St. soon to follow.
