New Chop House Cocktails

It’s been an exciting time here recently at the Chop House. With Christmas fast approaching now was the perfect opportunity for our bar team to throw their ideas in the mix & create our new cocktail menu & and after weeks of experimenting, tasting & a few final tweaks we’re delighted with the final result. We’ve stripped back the categories & focused on what we do best & what we feel our customers want & we're sure you'll love them as much as we do.
Our Signature Serves selection boast an array of delicious cocktails including the Highland Sling - Macallan 12 yo whisky, Apricot brandy, Cynar, lemon, rosemary syrup & soda. And if you loved our Bone Marrow Martini with pickled onion garnish then you’ll absolutely love our new & improved version using Black Cow vodka with a blue cheese olive garnish. Sounds strange? Try it.
Moving on to our Refreshers & the Chop House Smoked Salt Negroni is our take on the classic cocktail. Plymouth gin, Campari, sweet vermouth with the addition of smoked salt & thyme gives the flavour profile that something extra.
A stand out & slightly more decadent cocktail from our Sippers is the Bourbon & Banana Malt with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Disaronno Amaretto, banana, malted milk syrup, cream & chocolate shavings. The perfect after dinner choice for those with a slightly sweeter tooth.
