Sunday….the day of roast! A celebration roast beef, all the trimmings, a yorkie and of course the gravy. A day to relax and let someone else do the cooking. For the Chop House roast we have selected one of the finest, award winning Scottish suppliers and a cut of beef that has a fantastic reputation around the world.

 
Hardiesmill Aberdeen Angus is a farm-to-fork supplier located in the Scottish Borders producing some of Scotland's finest Aberdeen Angus beef. All their beef is Scotch approved, pedigree Aberdeen Angus, slow-grown on grass and meticulously handled from conception through to butchery. This is to achieve consistency in flavour, texture & longevity of taste. Under the care of their in-house Master Butcher, they produce the largest range of steaks in Britain.


Their work hasn’t went unnoticed either. They have won various awards for beef excellence and have even featured in a documentary, Steak Revolution, that is on Netflix now. A great watch and highly recommended. Our roast is available every Sunday from 12pm at both Chop House Market Street & Leith. Lunch or dinner, come and let us take care of your Sunday roast whilst you enjoy a tasty house Bloody Mary or delicious glass of red wine.
